Kittens are cute, playful and even a little bit cheeky, which is one of the reasons why so many of us cannot resist them. They are inquisitive, some would even say nosey, which makes them quite adorable as they find themselves in amusing situations.

Cats are very territorial and they love to lord over the area that they own. They will often find a high point so they can see everything that goes on and quickly oust those that place a paw on their land. Cats love to find hiding places so they can do surprise attacks on their enemies when required.

Cats spend much of their time in contemplation and like to sit where they can view the world while deep in thought. What they are thinking is a complete mystery - is it thoughts of food which keeps them so entranced or wondering where their newest hiding spot will be? Perhaps they are thinking of how to torment the dog next door or what demands they are going to place on their human owner when they return home.
